 Since we agreed to close the property in about 3 weeks, Meena and Jasbir (her husband who is equally hard working, is a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker) worked very hard to make sure every legal document was complete and made the process as hassle free as possible.

What is really incredible about Meena is that not only is she very hard working and very professional in the code of conduct of Real Estate, she is very resourceful with finding best possible people when it comes to loan officer, home inspector, termite inspector, escrow officer etc.

This all may seem not very important but when you are trying to fight for a multiple offer home and not willing to outbid and pay more than fair market value, you need all these people to cooperate very well to make the deal work without breaking your bank.

Meena and Jasbir took numerous phone calls from me about all sort of questions related to real estate rules, closing statement, arm v/s traditional 30 year loans etc and were always available to answer all of them irrespective of the time in the day.
